My Suggestions For Indian Government-
If Every person who follows the Indian constitution and who is a Indian (125 Crore Indian Population) If Every Person Donate 1Rs. to Indian Government every month it will give government a lot of collection of money every month. And Government can use the money for various developments or For Farmers Or In nature tragedies.
That means, If You Live In a 6 person family where 2 are child's they won't earn. Then The remaining family Pay rs. 6.
Rich persons can donate Any sort of amount You want. You Can donate Rs. 10/100/1000 Anything. But Every person should donate least Rs.1. But there will be no forced rule If U don't wanna donate then its your choice.
Government Can Collect that donation Via Electricity bills payment addition
This is My simple suggestion But government would have to do lot of work lot of Ideas needed for it to be happen.
